prison groups Testimonials

A friend at my church came up to me after service one day and said that the Lord had put it on her heart to ask me if I’d let her lead me through ONE on ONE with GOD.

I agreed and learned that this is an awesome course! Since coming to prison, I have gone through the course a second time. It has taught me so muchŠ—”including discipline, how to study the Bible, and how to memorize God’s Word. ONE on ONE is a course I recommend that everyone take. You will grow closer to God and learn how to listen to Him. With the leader’s guide it is easy to lead others, and God calls all of us to go and make disciples.

I have been totally amazed by the simplicity yet thoroughness of ONE on ONE with GOD.

I love this study so much that I plan to start a group study of five students soon. We have had as many as twelve inmates saved in a week, and we need discipleship tools such as these.

I have had the opportunity of sharing in a ONE on ONE class here at the correctional facility.

Thank you for making it happen. It has really helped me grow in my relationship with God. In this class I have been more persistent in my Bible reading. Also I have learned how important it is to memorize Scripture and practice on applying it to my everyday life. I have also been able to share Jesus with others more boldly and with confidence that the Holy Spirit is guiding me.

I am senior inmate pastor at a correctional facility, and I want to thank you for the time you spent putting this study together.

I have taught several different studies here, but none have met the man on whatever level he was on. Your study meets each person on the level he is on and helps develop his walk with Christ in a deeper and more intimate way. It shows the importance of daily study and prayer and helps develop spiritual discipline in daily life.

I truly believe this is a great tool for prison inmates to study together and give them a project to work with and help them with their reading and writing.
